Article 1 –The booking is concluded for a fixed term and the tenant may not in any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 2 : The proposed rate was determined based on the number of people. The tenant is required to notify us if there will be additional people during his stay. We reserve the right to charge the additional people or refuse for exceeding the legal capacity (8 people). In this case, it is the tenant to find alternative accommodation for these additional people.

Article 3 – An extra of 30€ is possible for the cleaning service (with change of bed linen and towels) while the stay.

Article 4 : The reservation becomes effective when the tenant send the owner a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount before the date indicated.. The agreement between the parties must not benefit to third parties, without the written consent of the owner

Article 5 – All cancellations must be notified to the owner.

– Cancellation, more than a month before the arrival: The deposit remains to the owner

– Cancellation less than a month before the arrival : the price remains to the owner.

Article 6 – In case of cancellation by the owner”: The owner will pay back the tenant the amount collected.

Article 7 – The tenant must check in between 4h pm and 8h pm. The check out is before 11h.

  • In case of delayed arrival, the tenant must let know the landlord.
  • 10€ extra per hour of delay (late check 20h to 22h) will be charged for the inconvenience and noise caused.
  • An earlier check-in is possible from 14h pm for 15 € extra .

Article 8 – An inventory is jointly established and signed by both the tenant and the owner or his representative at the arrival and departure of the deposit. This inventory is the only reference in case of any disagreement regarding the inventory.

Article 9 – when the tenant arrives, the deposit is requested by the owner. After the checkout, this deposit is given back minus the cost of repairing the premises if there is damage (based on invoices). In case of non-payment of the deposit, you can access the property and this will be considered a cancellation.

Article 10 – The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the lease and to use it in the designated places. The tenant shall respect the rules of comfort, community life and safety following:
Strictly no smoking, use of candles, incense, lighters, stove, or any other means of heating / cooking / lighting may cause a fire starting inside the house.
Prohibition to throw in the toilet all other objects / materials as toilet paper.
Prohibition of all voluntary noise around and inside the house (quiet place).

Article 11 -Cleaning is included in the price, however we ask our tenants to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. If the apartment is left dirty we will keep some of the security deposit, corresponding to the extra cleaning hours.

Article 12 : The sauna is included in the price . Swimsuit and towel will be used in the sauna. Wearing a bathrobe will be also used  to go to the sauna located on the ground floor of the house. Bathrobes can be rented for 3€ per stay.

Article 13 – If the tenants receive people (during the stay), they must inform the owners and should never be more than 8 people in the house (tenants and visitors). An additional 5€ per person per day (the person will pay € 20 instead of € 5 if she sleeps ) is applied to visitors.

Article 14 – The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. It is advised to take a resort-type insurance contract for these risks.

Article 15 – The owner is exempt from any liability in the execution, partial or total, of the contract resulting from an act of hazard (weather, natural disasters, fire, water damage, loss or other).
