If the apartment is left dirty we will keep some of the security deposit, corresponding to the extra cleaning hours.<\/span><\/p>\n Article 12<\/strong> : The sauna is included in the price . Swimsuit and towel will be used in the sauna. Wearing a bathrobe will be also used to go to the sauna located on the ground floor of the house. Bathrobes can be rented for 3\u20ac per stay.<\/p>\n Article 13<\/strong> – If the tenants receive people (during the stay), they must inform the owners and should never be more than 8 people in the house (tenants and visitors). An additional 5\u20ac per person per day (the person will pay \u20ac 20 instead of \u20ac 5 if she sleeps ) is applied to visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n Article 14<\/strong> – The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him.
